Tammy and Jim Green Keith, Carol, Audrey and Evan Green and Savannah Warner Thank you so much for giving us the opportunity to experience life in that little corner of heaven called Living Waters. We all decided that we wanted to have a pet deer of our own!!! My grandson Evan (age 10) said that petting a deer was one of the most wonderful experiences he's ever had. We set our alarms for 6:30 am and we were not disappointed. Little Haynie hadn't come home by the time we left so Kathleen invited us to come back the next morning, bright and early, so that we could meet him. She bonded instantly with our family and the children were taken in by her warmth and friendliness. After I read her little book that was upstairs in the cottage, I couldn't wait to talk with her. We met so many wonderful "regulars" as well as the other two couples who were staying at Living Waters. I saved the best recommendation for last: The Friday night Tomato Happy Hour with Kathleen. Our next activities were from Bethany and Travis's recommendations: visits to the Stone House and Spicewood Wineries and swimming at Krause Springs. Her charm and enthusiasm immediately got us all excited about our next few days of activities. ![]() Bethany arrived to give us some wonderful advice as to what to see and do in and around Spicewood. After we arrived, we sat out on the back porch to admire our surroundings. "The Cottage" was perfect for the seven of us. Upon arriving at Living Waters, we were immediately drawn into the peaceful, inspirational environment that encompasses the "compound". “Paradise found at The Cozy Cottage on Lake Travis!!!” Speaking for our entire family, I want to thank you for an amazing four day vacation/experience.
